Hmm, when I played last night I didn´t experience this problem anymore... The skill activation was the same as it was before the update, are you guys still experience the skill activation delay?

My first though was that it was down to the UI update but just before the last update I had turned my sound quality slider all the way down and turned off 3D sound because I was experiencing popping sounds. The skill delay almost went away when I did this so it looks like it could be tied in with the sound bug that appeared at the same time as the interface update.

Mine still isnt fixed, playing interrupt ranger and I always JUST missed out. WTF nice update, fuggy gfx i cant toggle back to the old style and delayed skills.

When I played GW Proph I never knew what error 7 was.
I play factions and its like a circus of error 7 clowns.
Can I expect more fun with nightfall like delayed skills?

Updates are welcome, but WTF.

I quit playing for a week because it wasnt fun, thanks to the delay...I'll have to log in today after work to see if I still experience the delay or not...

Hopefully it really is fixed, because I really enjoyed GW until they started fuc]{ing around with everything.

I'm able to hit off an interupt without a problem when playing my interupt/barrage ranger. The ONLY time it seems to not go off is my own personal timing on hitting the skill. So for me, it's not an activation delay but my own personal timer delay >.< which... can sometimes be the difference between life and death, depending on what I'm getting hit with.

It's still noticable using 1/4 second activation skills. Ie. Monks, mesmer and ranger skills for example.

Yea, I notice this when I am SB farming. I cast Prot/SB, I see the icon refresh itself, and then the skill monitor fills up and completes about half a second later.

Annoying, but it has not inturrupted my farming.

This is a bit off-topic but has anyone noticed that when you are standing still with ranger and shoot someone with your attack skills, they are sometimes jammed until you move and try again?

I am still having this issue. Most of my 1/4 skills have a slight part second delay. I play a Mo/Me and some people have died because of it. There was Huge lag last night so I am going to attribute the delay to that, heavy traffic.

Lag booted me thrice yesterday. This is the first time ever I have experienced lag in GW.

Happens all the time, and this has been going on since GW first came out. Particularly annoying when you tap savage shot and nothing happens and they pop off their spell.

I also hate that I fire an arrow, I see it fly through the air, and if I die while this arrow is in flight it magically dissappears. BS. Spells dont magically stop when the caster dies. IE kill the warder all there wards suddenly dissappear.

I was thinking about this last night,
anyone else think that there isn't a delay in the skills, its the timing of the shot and the chars animation, there is no more stutter shots, everything is in timing with the motion of the shooting the arrows.

i dunno, i stopped interupting because my timing was all off and waiting for my "reflex memory" to reset before i go back to it.
